Terms of Service

1. The service

FeelSuper is a software tool that helps clinical supervisors and their supervisees organize supervision — tracking hours, logging supervision calls, recording check-ins, generating and storing licensure-related forms, and coordinating scheduling. It is a record-keeping and workflow tool, nothing more.

2. Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use FeelSuper. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for keeping your login credentials confidential, and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly at hello@feelsuper.network if you suspect unauthorized use.

3. Subscription & billing

FeelSuper is offered on a subscription basis at $29 per mo per supervisor, billed in advance through our payment processor. Your subscription renews automatically each billing period until you cancel. Applicable taxes may be added. Except where required by law, fees already paid are non-refundable, including for partial billing periods. We may change our pricing on a going-forward basis, and we will give you reasonable notice before any change applies to your subscription.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use FeelSuper for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulation or professional-licensing rule;
• falsify, backdate, or misrepresent supervision hours, call records, signatures, or any information submitted to a licensing board;
• upload malicious code, attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service or its data, or interfere with its normal operation;
• reverse engineer, resell, or sublicense the service except as expressly permitted;
• enter data you do not have the right to provide, or use the service to harass, defraud, or harm others.

You are solely responsible for the content and accuracy of the records you create in FeelSuper, and for ensuring those records truthfully reflect the supervision that actually took place.

5. Not legal, clinical, or licensing advice

FeelSuper is a practice-management and record-keeping tool. It is not a substitute for legal, clinical, professional, or regulatory advice, and nothing it produces constitutes such advice. Forms, templates, hour calculations, progress indicators, and any automated or AI-assisted suggestions are provided for convenience only and may not reflect the current requirements of your jurisdiction.

You are solely responsible for verifying all licensure requirements — including required hours, supervision ratios, form versions, deadlines, and submission procedures — directly with your applicable licensing board or regulatory authority before relying on any record generated in FeelSuper. We do not guarantee that any record produced by the service will be accepted by a board.

6. Your data

You retain ownership of the information you submit to FeelSuper. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display that information solely to provide and improve the service. Our collection and handling of information is described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms. If you use FeelSuper in a way that involves protected health information, the Privacy Policy explains how a Business Associate Agreement may apply.

7. Service availability

We work to keep FeelSuper available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features from time to time. We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will meet your requirements or that it will be secure, uninterrupted, or error-free.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FeelGuide Network LLC and its officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, revenue, licensure, or professional standing, arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) FeelSuper. Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid us for the service in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FeelGuide Network LLCfrom any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the service, your content, or your violation of these Terms or of any law or third-party right.

11. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, fail to pay, or use the service in a way that risks harm to others or to the service. Following termination, we will make your data available for export for a reasonable period, after which we may delete it in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable law. Sections that by their nature should survive termination — including data ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification — will survive.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Your continued use of FeelSuper after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
