Three plans, because three different people buy this. One supervisor running her own practice pays a flat fee. A group practice pays a flat fee. A training program pays for the people it is actually tracking, because a program with sixty trainees and a program with six are not the same purchase.
Every plan starts with a 30 day free trial. No card is needed to start, and you can cancel from your own settings screen at any time.

Branding and oversight are different things, so they are priced separately. A consultant who wants her own domain should not have to buy a program plan to get it.

The arithmetic
A seat is one active person whose hours, documents, and progress you are tracking here. Supervisees, interns, students, trainees, consultees, and your own staff in development all count the same, because the work is the same.
There is a minimum of 10 seats, so $180 a month is the least this plan costs. Below 10 people you pay the minimum; above it you pay for the people you have.
The count is a snapshot taken when the invoice is raised, not a peak over the month. Somebody who finishes and somebody who starts in the same month are one seat, not two.
Adding people mid period charges only the remaining days, and removing people credits them back the same way. You will never be billed a whole extra month for somebody who joined in the last week of it.

These are not upsells. They are on the cheapest plan and they stay on it.
Procurement
A seat is one active person whose hours, documents, and progress you are tracking here. Supervisees, interns, students, trainees, consultees, and your own staff in development all count the same, because the work is the same. Supervisors and program administrators do not count. Neither does anybody marked paused or completed.
Mark them completed and they stop counting from the next invoice. Their record stays exactly where it is, for as long as you need it, which is usually years after they have gone.
Ask us. Card is the default because it is instant; an invoice and a purchase order are a conversation, not a form on this page.
No. Every plan is month to month and cancels from your own settings screen. The Program minimum is a seat minimum of 10, not a time commitment.
You export it. Records, logged hours, documents, and board reports are yours. Cancelling drops the account to the free trial tier rather than closing it, so nothing is deleted and your branding and settings are still there if you come back.
